From the very first video we produced for van Laack, we approached the project with a high level of ambition. As a fashion house with deep roots in the industry, van Laack was a particularly special case for us. Taking a more conservative and respectful approach, we set out to truly understand the brand’s heritage and core values. Our first project was a documentary about van Laack’s history, which included a visit to the Albini factory in Bergamo alongside van Laack founder Christian von Daniels. This trip — and the in-depth conversations we had with Christian — gave us a clear vision: to communicate pure luxury through refined, high-quality messaging across a range of video formats, from fashion collection pieces to corporate documentaries. Our initial focus was to elevate van Laack’s social media presence in a standout way, making the brand more accessible to younger target groups. The overarching goal: to build a strong new revenue stream through a combination of performance-driven and awareness-focused content. This project became a perfect example of how honoring a brand’s roots isn’t just valuable — it’s essential for delivering meaningful, results-driven campaigns.
As previously mentioned, the strategy we developed for van Laack was truly exceptional. We quickly realized that simply producing beautiful campaigns with attractive models wouldn’t be the most effective approach for this brand. When it comes to high-end fashion, customers want more than aesthetics — they want an emotional connection. They want to feel like they’re wearing a piece of history, craftsmanship, and quality. That’s why our first step was to create a standout, short-form documentary optimized for social media — one that showcased everything: the brand’s history, its quality, and its core essence. The result was a huge success. The documentary, along with short-form reels, went viral across social platforms. For the first time, viewers were given a transparent and compelling look inside the brand — condensed into just two minutes of powerful storytelling and messaging. Building on that momentum, our next steps focused on increasing transparency around van Laack’s production processes, inviting the target audience deeper into the journey behind each product. In parallel, we produced over six fashion campaigns, presenting the collections with professional models in stunning, well-curated settings. The performance and marketing team has been fully aligned with our vision — and today, we’ve reached a point where words are no longer needed. The vision speaks for itself.
