Honestly, we didn’t start with a big, defined goal — Pummys was one of our very first projects, around 2–3 years ago, back when the brand itself wasn’t widely known either. We simply began working together with the intention of creating unique photo and video content — not just for ads, but also for the webshop — and to help build a clear brand identity. At the time, Pummys lacked a distinct brand language. The goals evolved organically. Acting as a creative direction partner with a focus on both performance and branding, our aim was to set Pummys apart — to create price and brand stability through standout content that would make their products incomparable. Our vision became clear: position Pummys as the brand that redefined the slipper — and ultimately, make “Pummys” the name people associate with the product itself.
Over time, we began producing more and more campaigns at a high frequency — with shoots taking place every two months. We didn’t miss a single season or product innovation, because it quickly became clear how impactful the fresh, innovative, and target group–oriented content was. We continued to develop creative concepts that transformed a simple slipper into a widely recognized accessory across Germany — one that almost everyone knew. The strong performance marketing team leveraged our content to drive rapid sales growth, while at the same time, our assets helped scale the brand’s Instagram presence dramatically. As a result, no other brand offering a similar product could compete with Pummys.

The impact we achieved with Pummys is likely one of the most significant in our journey so far. It also taught us how powerful well-conceptualized and optimized content can be in shaping the customer journey and driving sales. To be honest, Eugen Nowosselski and Fatbardh Pakashtica are among the most successful e-commerce founders in Germany — combining exceptional execution with deep marketing expertise. Together with our highly efficient content strategy, which set us apart from other production companies, this collaboration became the perfect formula. It helped position Pummys as one of the fastest-growing e-commerce brands in Germany — and even globally, as a standout growth case.
